Terms of Service

Last updated 4 July 2026

These terms govern your use of SPFWise. By using the site, its tools, or an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SPFWise provides tools to analyze the email-authentication configuration of a domain and to explain and help fix issues. The free tools are available without an account. With an account you can monitor domains, ingest and read DMARC reports, and receive alerts. Paid plans add higher limits and additional features under the plan you choose.

Accounts

To use monitoring you create an account with Google or with an email address and password, and you must confirm your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for activity under your account. Add and monitor only domains you own or are authorized to manage. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Use SPFWise only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to attack, overload, or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test, to scrape or resell the service at scale, or to attempt to break, reverse engineer, or disrupt it. We may rate-limit or block abuse.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added where required. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

Accuracy

We work hard to read DNS correctly and grade it fairly, but DNS can be inconsistent, cached, or mid-change. Results are informational and are not a guarantee about your deliverability or security. Always confirm important changes yourself before relying on them.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty

SPFWise is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SPFWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of mail, data, revenue, or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will reflect the latest version.
